"I wanna be...something."
MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | This had been an eventful last few days for Boss. He’d been drafted into an army for the sake of seeing the Digital World in its fullest, made some new friends and more. The best thing out of the entire thing was that Boss had somehow gained the ability to evolve not once, but twice. Soon after their leader and others had split up to look for materials for their new castle, the former Kyokyomon had been hauling lumber and any scattered material he could find. The force and effort he exerted somehow accumulated into the form one would see him now. The small samurai dragon walked on two legs, though with the method of flying was gone, he had other things; like a full head with a helmet, and limbs! The whole process was still new to him, yet incredibly familiar. Boss had walked, run and even jumped on a few trees to show off his new skills. While they had the location for their base of operations and had some materials set up, Boss had decided to sneak off for a bit since the day was winding down.
While he did swear his…allegiance (he thought that was the word) to the Chumon, the Ryudamon couldn’t forget his own motivations, exploration and discovery of the outer world and himself. As he got stronger, the voice in his head and the scattered memories seemed to click together and form much better than before. There were the memories of days past before everything happened, and there were things much beyond that. The first major one he could feel and remember was a sort of friendship he never completely expressed with others. Like something deep in his chest wanted to just let it out, but he never could. The second thing was he was always uneasy. As Boss treaded through the area, he hadn’t seemed to be paying attention to his surroundings and wandered off far more than he had expected as he was lost in the depths of his developing mind. This uneasiness came from many things; others, things he couldn’t exactly see, and from his so called friendships.
“That’s…weird. Why should I be concerned of my friends? They like me…right?”
While it was only a day since he met the others, this sense of foreign uneasiness from his mind began to settle into his entire body as his paw tapped against the dry ground. While he assumed they liked him, maybe it wasn’t a good idea to assume the same back? Maybe this was a good thing, this constant feeling. If something happened, he’d have the sense to not get himself into it. The small orange dragon shook his head and spat a small piece of flaming metal onto the ground out of annoyance. He yelped out of surprise at the sudden digizoid flinging from his mouth. Apparently his species had flames and molten metal sitting his gullet and able to use it for offense. He had to be careful about that since he didn’t want to shoot that in someone’s face. Grunting a bit, he looked up at his current surroundings and blinked.
“Crap. Where am I…?”
He seemed to still be in the forest, but everything near a certain part of the area was completely brown or not living. A small house stood in the middle of the place, utterly destroyed. Boss scowled a bit. Did something happen here? He did say he wanted to explore, so maybe this was a good place to start. He slowly walked closer near the construct, eyes glancing about. Maybe he was alone?

"What was she doing, placed in spots of peril to my level? This YukariBotamon was risking trouble. Big trouble. In little forest. Nah, scratch out, as area size is unknown.
As this odd baby self narrates, speaking aloud, rolling along, it returns to her that reason. Sparring, as playing solo yields less enjoyment and fewer serious takers.
Oh, Vetina would remain visually inconspicious amongst flora, but the self narration would win out any attempts to be hidden. Is she stoopud er sumtin? Or her apathy where it shouldn't?
Egads, another digimon. Armored, rookie, and of ability, she white slime digimon rolled, nay, Dursted towards this digimon. Friend, foe? Who would know? Poet unknown it.
Into his view she came, feeling some windedness from flapping gums. He might be looking at the digimon referring to herself temporarily in third person with a quizzical gaze. She'll see it when dizziness dies down. But the self narration will end, indeed, upon Vetina's inquiry of whether a protoge position is open or not. She needs hands on experience. She needs *hands*."

"I wanna be...something."
MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | As Boss scanned around the forsaken area, his ears flicked a bit under his helmet. The sounds of something began to come into a louder decibel, the samurai dragon beginning to look around in a small sense of panic and uneasiness. If this was a foe, he was in for much more than he anticipated. Getting used to a new form was one thing, but fighting in it was a complete new monster. As he looked around, he silently hoped he wouldn’t have to get himself into a battle, at least for now.
Thankfully, his prayers were answered when the owner of the voice came into view. A small, white blob, presumably a fresh level digimon rolled into view and they seemed to be talking to themselves, or at least thinking very loud. The rookie was odd himself since he had voices in his head, so he wasn’t planning on judging someone else at any point in time. Regardless, he slowly bounded up to the white botamon, knees bent slightly to put himself into eye view to show that he was friendly despite his appearance.
“Hah, you almost scared the crap out of me there. What are you doing here? Not exactly the place for a youngin’.”
Where did that come from? Boss wasn’t exactly old in the sense, just stronger, but the words just kind of flew out of his mouth smoothly. He blinked, scratching his chin a bit before he shook his head. It was nothing to worry about for now, at least.

"A babababa, pause, pause... is the helmet blocking? I... eh... oh, hold on..."
Vetina quickly rolled to a nearby bush. After some faint sounds of vomiting, she hopped back out, chewing in some leaves before spitting most of them out, and swallowing the rest. It helped to get that taste out her mouth, and it would be rude to talk to someone while having vomit breath.
"Rolling often is churning and gut butter is the worst. But, that is over and done. Now, now, back to the show, I am here for a purpose, previously mentioned in prior moments beforehand already dead horse. Of my stature others play. But deemed outcast enough to be unnerving, plan B is the procurement of a base level of ability. Here, are better odds of arriving at that end.
Having obtained that yourself, I inquire of you any openings for protégé. Playing around in denotative terms is boring without foil or acquaintance. Aid me in my Plan B, please. Please? And may I state your cool visage as a means to flatter? Not that I'm barfing falsehoods, though. It needn't take much time, just in approach towards your tier would be fiiiine by me, Kay?"
And she tried to give her best puppy dog eyes impression... or would, but was squinting.

"I wanna be...something."
MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | Boss just kept on staring at the small white botamon as he or she continued talking, presumably to them. Soon after, they rolled into the bushes, and with a small rustling followed by sounds of retching, they rolled right back on out and continuing their little monologue in front of the samurai dragon. He didn’t interrupt since the fresh level seemed incredibly into it, but kept a look of utter confusion. Maybe they’d answer his question once their stomach settled?
And truth be told, they did begin to explain. Boss had to admit, for someone so young, they had a…very good vocabulary. The ryudamon was a tad basic, so he could only pick out a few words that seemed familiar to him. The rolling was why they suddenly threw up in the bushes, and he could only figure that the way the fresh level talked was why they were such an outcast. He couldn’t exactly blame the other young ones since he was in the same position himself not too long ago. Regardless, the ryudamon nodded and listened intently.
“So from what I understood, you want a spar?”
He scratched his chin as the white botamon looked up at him with those big innocent eyes that fresh levels were known for. He couldn’t exactly say no since he didn’t want to leave them here. Then again, they had to be competent enough to get here on their own, so why not?
“Sure, I don’t mind, though don’t expect me to be all that good…only just getting used to this body.”

"Yes! Yes! Yes! Lack of experience is fair for my lack of durability, which is in progress to progress. I have a good feeling, and rolling is to... power!"
Vetina rolled a bit more in a small circle, and then hopped up, glowing. She could feel the data build up inside her from the rolling beforehand. But it was now that she was able to digivolve, yelling out "Haidaaarraaaaa!!!" as her form changed. Once she finished, she was now some sort of thin... thing of a digimon. A moonmon, specifically. After that moment of excitement, Vetina continued on as if nothing happened.
"The most appropriate handle is Vetina. Vetty or VIC TINA will also suffice for silver and bronze. But to be a golden user, Vetina. Now, now, deign to pull swipes, as death is kinda sucky. Wouldn't want that, chummy. "
She hopped onto his helmet and looked around. She just now noticed the building. "Prior to sparring, I must relate that, perhaps through daze induced blindness, I only now notice this building. To satisfy a waxing curiosity, oh plated one, we could induce placement into the place. Just to see what it holds.
Buuut, I find necessity in knowing what handle you'll reply to. Names are needed, no? Give and I'll receive."

"I wanna be...something."
MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS | This snowbotamon was an odd one, that was sure. It seemed she was seeking to get stronger by traveling, but her way of talking was what made Boss all the more curious about her. At least she was answering his questions without him having to ask. Though as soon as she began rolling around, the snowbotamon known as Vetina began to pick up speed. Soon after picking up speed, there was an incredibly familiar light, and right before his eyes did she evolve into her In-training form. Boss blinked in surprise. It just seemed so random.
“Well…that happened.” He told himself.
Right after changing forms, she continued as if nothing happened in the first place and began explaining herself. Boss wouldn’t have minded this if the moonmon hadn’t decided that his helmet was a good perching spot. He grumbled, crossing his arms in defiance. He couldn’t exactly kick her off, but did she have to go there? The helmet was slightly heavy enough, he didn’t need another weight there. The ryudamon began traveling toward the scorched ruins of the complex with a grumble.
“Name’s Boss. And I guess you’re just as curious about that building as me, huh?”
Before sparring, she wanted to check out the ruins. He was glad to oblige. Though hopefully she didn’t stick on his head for long.

(((I had Vetina refer to herself as Vic Tina before I realized your character would be better suited for the name, heh heh)))
Despite her nature Vetina wasn't always unobservant. She noticed that, while Boss did give his name and agreed to search the area, he did not care for having her on his helmet. So, for the sake of the digimon who was going to fight her to train her, it would be best to not tick him off before hand. In any case, she seemed quite cheery, although aware to not annoy him purposely.
"Right, right, Vic Boss. Gestures are non verbal but works as well otherwise, no?" She got off his helmet and stood beside him. Indeed, she liked the sound of Vic Boss and decided that she will call him that. Out of respect, though. "Mighty fine headgear, my apologizes to use it to perch."
The Moonmon went ahead of Boss, although she remained close to him. "Ignited, perhaps. But explosion gives better odds, it seems. Vic Boss, theorize and formulations on events that may have ended this area? Large foes are scary with a vow to lose a life less often than before, on both sidewalks, you know? "
