Aki

PERSONALITY

Aki is an odd one to say the least, and many believe him to be a bit defective because of it. While many digimon are born with some form of knowledge of the world around them and social knowledge, Aki was born as basically a blank slate. Everything is entirely new to him and as such is rather gullible and easily impressioned upon by others. Aki also has no understanding of right and wrong and basically allows his natural desires to come out lead his choices which can also lead to the young digimon being rather unpredictable, he does have one major desire that is always troubling him and that would be the fact that Aki has an insatiable appetite and will often pick up varying things and try to eat them.



Many find him to be incredibly creepy and eerie as he usually stands around and watches what’s going on and is much more prone to repeat what someone else has said before him rather than chiming in with his own thoughts. Despite all of this, he seems to learn rather quickly and over time begins to fill in some of the holes.

HISTORY

The earliest memory he can recall is darkness, an all enveloping darkness that he didn’t seem to mind, but wanted to get away from all at the same time. The digimon let time pass for a bit however, but soon he felt like he was being crushed from every direction. The darkness wanted to eat him, he needed to leave. Forcing himself forward, the fresh digimon emerged from his egg and was blinded by the light but all around ecstatic about this wide new open world. The other digimon were nice and soon enough named him Aki which meant empty and a lot joked that his head was empty. The jokes must have been funny though because everyone laughed, so Aki accepted his name and would often imitate the laughs and smiles of others as it appeared to be what other digimon did and was what was normal.
