I saw it, and I selected Fresh, but I saw no image option to add. The option also disappears after one posts and cannot be edited.

You should pick the main selection for your post as a second avatar and it should come up with a second avatar.
It'll be added automatically on posting, you can't edit it because it changes your miniprofile versus the actual post.

Rin your second avatar digivolution should work now, at least up to Rookie. I thought, I had finished yours and posted up, but apparently not. As for how it is attached I have to add in an album link, preferably from photobucket, with the same file name as the second digivolution avatar selection {fresh, rookie,etc}.
